La Familia del Barrio is a 2D animated adult comedy created in 2004. It tells the story of the ins and outs of a dysfunctional, typical Mexican family and their unique point of view of current events in their country. It's a no holds barred series which it's only purpose is to make you laugh.
Its early YouTube success brought the family to the attention of MTV Latin America, which ordered five seasons for a total of ninety-four, 30-minute episodes.
